What we collect
- Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, referrer, country, device type, and event interactions like search queries and downloads. IP is anonymized by default.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, and message text when you fill out the contact form. Stored by Web3Forms and forwarded to our email.
- Cookies: required for analytics, theme preference (light / dark), and to prevent abuse. No third-party advertising cookies on our domain.
We do not require an account, do not store credit-card info (we do not charge for downloads), and do not collect health, location-precise, or other sensitive personal data.
How we use information
- To run the site (serve pages, deliver music files, prevent abuse).
- To understand which tracks and pages are popular so we can prioritize new content.
- To respond to your contact form messages.

Your rights
Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we do not require accounts, the main personal data we hold is contact-form messages. Email [email protected] to request access or deletion.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add or remove services. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged with a banner on the homepage.
